Affinity Beauty Brands Refund Policy Page
Affinity Beauty Brands is committed to providing our beloved customers with quality products. While we hope that you are always 100% satisfied with each product, there can be some instances where you have to return a product.
Here is everything you need to know to return the product:
- Refunds can only be issued for returns within 30 days of the receipt date.
- All products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- We do not offer refunds for shipping costs.
- Please attach the receipt or the packing slip and write down your reason for the return.
- Unless you received damaged merchandise (check below for the Damaged Goods Policy), we do not pay for return shipping or handling costs.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. Provide our customer representatives with your tracking number so we can confirm it against the return.
- All returns will be credited to the same credit card or payment medium used at the time of the purchase.
- Any refunds will be processed within 60 days of when our office receives the returned
- Only items purchased from https://www.affinitybeautybrands.com/are eligible for returns.
- Empty containers are not accepted for refunds.

Damaged Goods Policy
If you regrettably receive a damaged or broken item, please contact our customer service agents within 30 days to receive a replacement product. No items will be replaced after 30 days of purchase.
